The Windows Site Monitor & Reporting Software allows the customer to view and control various activities carried out by the MCU on site. The software can connect to the MCU via either a direct cable connection or a modem dial-up. With the software the operator can collect all of the sites dispensing and inventory measurement transactions and produce several different reports about site activities. All data is stored indefinitely, limited only by the storage space of the residing PC.

Transaction data can be exported into files of diferent formats allowing the customer to use third party software for billing or other activities already used by the operator. The software currently supports SAP and Infosys formats, but can be customized to the individual customers requirements.

The End Shift feature produces cut-off reports that allow product throughput comparisons from shift to shift and / or inventory reconciliation from throughputs and inventory measurements. The shifts can be as short or as long as the operator is comfortable with.
