Our fuel management systems are ideal for:

  • Bulk fuel distribution sites
  • Commercial and retail cardlocks

    • Each fuel management system utilizes a Master Control Unit (MCU) to interface to a variety of equipment including:
     

  • Card readers
  • Pump controllers
  • Electronic or mechanical registers
       (with or without ATC)
  • Mass flow meters
  • Tank gauges
  • Journal,receipt and manifest printers
  • Relay actuators


    The MCU is a universal control system that has the ability to "Mix 'n Match" a variety of different vendor's equipment. This allows for the possible use of a customers' existing equipment, as well as some freedom of choice in acquiring new equipment from a preferred vendor. The result is a very cost effective system.


    We also have developed Windows based software to interface to the MCU, allowing the user to perform a number of operations on the system. These include:

  • Add/edit/view/print card and customer records
  • Edit receipt information
  • View/print transaction data
  • Authorize a fueling position for use and assign it to a       customer's card
  • View real-time displays of site activity
  • Dip storage tanks
  • View/print stock levels
  • View/print throughput totals
  • Print manifests and receipts
  • Inventory reconciliation reporting

    There is also available a credit card interface that allows 24 hour, unattended, self-serve operations for credit card holders. First time users are given a training report, with a training number that must be entered before fueling is permitted, and an operating instructions report for those unfamiliar with system operation. The system is completely customer activated by the card swipe and provides all the necessary bank transaction information on the receipt.
