The most basic form of support comes in a help file/manual supplied with the Windows Site Monitoring & Reporting Software, if purchased.
In addition, we offer with all fuel management systems, one year unlimited telephone support. This includes personal contact with site personel and remote system monitoring and debugging to the site’s MCU and the Site Monitoring and Reporting Software PC (if applicable).

Warranty
We also offer one year warranty on all hardware equipment, supplied by PFA International, against factory defects. The warranty does not cover damage due to acts of nature or actions by persons not under the direction of PFA International personel.
